Otherwise known as Everyone Seems Too Happy…
Some CoHF spoilery art for you! With Clockwork Princess now out for a month, I’ve decided it’s time to start mixing up answers about Clockwork Princess and cut scenes with a few teasers for the last book in that other series. This teaser isn’t words, it’s art by Cassanda Jean. I won’t make any promises about what it means but I think, unlike the previous piece, and the other previous piece, and oh, that last piece … that you may well not like it. :D
It IS A SPOILER for an actual scene, so it’s under a cut.
Guys, i got it
cassie will just write a new couple in COHF, one that we kinda care about but not as much as Sizzy, Clace, Malec, Luke/Joyclen, etc
and then Sebastian will kill that boyfriend
yeah
it’ll totally happen
“In The Indigo Spell, Sydney was torn between the Alchemist way of life and what her heart and gut were telling her to do. And in one breathtaking moment that Richelle Mead fans will never forget, she made a decision that shocked even her…
But the struggle isn’t over for Sydney. As…

This is another excerpt posted on Facebook by Richelle Mead. This one is from Adrian’s POV and it’s pretty damn awesome.
I’m putting a copy and pasted version under the “Read More” link.
Rowena Clark and I had met on the first day of our mixed media class. I’d sat down at her table and said, “Mind if I join you? Figure the best way to learn about art is to sit with a masterpiece.” Maybe I was in love, but I was still Adrian Ivashkov.
Rowena had fixed me with a flat look. “Let’s get one thing straight. I can see through shit a mile away, and I like girls, not guys, so if you can’t handle me telling you what’s what, then you’d better take your one-liners and hair gel somewhere else. I don’t go to this school to put up with pretty boys like you. I’m here to face dubious employment options with a painting degree and then go get a Guinness after class.”
I’d scooted my chair closer to the table. “You and I are going to get along just fine.”
Alec looked down at the shattered pieces in disbelief. “You BROKE my PHONE.”
Jace shrugged. “Guys don’t let other guys keep calling other guys. Okay, that came out wrong. Friends don’t let friends keep calling their exes and hanging up. Seriously. You have to stop.”
Alec looked furious. “So you broke my brand new phone? Thanks a lot.”
Jace smiled serenely and lay back on the grass. “You’re welcome.”
**ETA: hee hee.
